For phone orders, in the event we are not able to handle your call immediately, please leave a message with your order detail, contact information and payment preference and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Please use parts numbers when ordering where possible. This is very helpful in processing your order correctly, speeds up the process, and often avoids confusion.
All orders are filled in the order they are received. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Standard shipping is by US Post Office Priority mail with delivery confirmation. All orders over $100 are shipped insured.
International shipping, shipping via UPS or FedEx, or drop shipment of game room equipment directly to your location is available on request - please contact us for details. International orders will have a customs declared value equal to the actual value of the parts.
Please report any damaged parcels to us and the carrier immediately upon receipt.
For orders shipped to addresses in Colorado, sales tax of 6.75% will be collected.
